Terms of Service.

1. Engagement

By accessing this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. All engagements are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

2. Services & Delivery

Infocube provides high-velocity web development, growth marketing, and AI integration services. While we aim for 99.9% uptime for deployed assets, specific performance metrics are subject to the project-specific "Service Level Agreement" (SLA).

3. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any non-excludable statutory rights under the ACL.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate "Master Services Agreement", all custom-coded assets, marketing protocols, and AI implementations remain the property of Infocube until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as per the project scope.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infocube's liability for any breach of a term or condition implied by law is limited to the resupply of the services or the cost of having the services supplied again.
