New User Limits for Planning Analytics 10.1

IBM have recently announced that the 100 user per module limit available with Planning Analytics will cease on 1 July 2012 and be replaced by a 100 total user limit.

This impacts most customers and prospects.

For new customers beyond 30 June 2012, who will automatically receive the new license terms.

For customers who own Planning Analytics 9.5 with individual module purchases, when you upgrade to Planning Analytics 10.1 the new license restrictions will apply. However, to placate the existing user community, special exemptions are available that will extend though until the end of June 2014.  These exceptions are available for both additional license purchases and current license holdings.

For customers who own Planning Analytics 9.5 Complete or Planning Analytics 10.1 Complete, there is no change as they already had this limit in place.

Please clich here for more information on Planning Analytics 10.

If you need more information on the consequences of this change and you are in Australia, please get in touch with us directly or if outside Australia, please contact your local IBM partner.
